Heartrate output in rest much too high

Hi,

SInce the last 3 days my heartrate output in rest is way too high. It's off by 10-15 beats per minute. I've no idea what's causing this. The Heart Rate Sensor on My Garmin Watch Is Not Accurate | Garmin Customer Support hasn't brought the solution. Maybe the latest update to 13.22 is causing this?!?

After installing the FW , did you do a power down and restart? Press light / power button for approx 15 secs until the watch turns off. Wait a bit then restart it. Sometimes it sorts soem issues.

I've been dealing with some HR issues since 13.15 as well. Avg resting went up about 10 bpm and my avg HRV has dropped 30-40 ms a night as well, keeping me in 'unbalanced'. It's usually in the 90ms range, but has been high 50 / low 60 for weeks.

I did not experience much higher heart rate issue but it is higher indeed. Just sitting and chilling and my HR is 90 right now :)
