13.22 bug: airplane mode is turned on, both the bluetooth headphones and ant+ HR belt is still connected

I turned on airplane mode and started exercising, but the watch was still connected to my polar h10 using ANT+.

12.09 update:

I turned on airplane mode, and both the watch face and my headphones showed that the connection remained open。

Airplane mode should disable transmission, but when connecting to an external HR strap, the watch is just receiving.

That depends on the user. I turn on airplane mode when I want to turn off any transmission…

Sometimes it happen as soon as i activate airplane mode, I get back in home screen and see that is still connected, sometimes I found it is still connected only when I receive a notification.
I also had a bug where it consume more than 30% of battery during 8h sleep, maybe they are releated maybe not...

What OS do you use , Android or iOS ... not that that should matter at all as there should be no communications

Garmin describes the airplane mode here:

	Airplane Mode	Select to enable or disable airplane mode to turn off all wireless communications.

And if its not broken, it disables Wifi and Bluetooth. So what is the point with FAA and regulations if Garmin clearly describes it like this and it is (most of the time) working as described? It should just work reliably, if not, its a bug.

Just to be clear , on the watch face itself it says the following when activating Airplane mode..."Airplane mode disables all wireless communications (Bluetooth, WIFI, ANT)"

i.e they specifically include BlueTooth and ANT in the definition and I confirm that on my watch that is exactly what it does, BT and ANT are disconnected as well.

I already commented before this, but it makes no sense. Airplane mode - disables all wireless communications. ALL...out of 2. And somehow Bluetooth is not covered by the setting. Additionally you have an option to disable WiFi. Why if you can only disable WiFi with airplane mode? Yes there is ANT+.... additionally GPS works in airplane mode.

Please... stop. In 2023 you can't know what WIFI or wireless is and don't say that garmin is not clear of what wireless is, because "ALL wireless connections" is a very clear statement.

Mine does disable Bluetooth ANT and WIFi , as far as I can see. SO far (after an Hour or so BT is still off)

thank you for trying. For what I had seen since now maybe it is more probably that it remain ON when I turned ON airplane mode
