Missing partial running dynamics data to the fit file bug

Hello,

So basically after 2min, the hrm-pro stopped sending RD data? Or the watch decided not to write them to the fit file? Is it a known bug?

For info :

- hrm-pro is linked on ANT+;

- bluetooth link is disabled

- previous workouts with the exact same setup were working fine

Checked the fit file :

It is indeed missing after 0.39km.

have you tried downloading the saved data from the chest strap?

Thanks for the suggestion. I don't use ble devices during the activity. Only ant+ for stryd and ant+ for hrm-pro.

Well when the run is saved it is too late to do the download of strap data. I should do it directly at the end of the run before clicking done on the summary page.

if you tried to download it later, you might have figured out if it was a connection error and if the chest strap was recording all the running data at all. because I have the feeling that after 0.39 km your run was recorded only by your watch (including your heart rate)

It happened again today. I tried doing the "download hr data" from strap after the run but I only got the hr (not the run dynamics). I am not even sure it isn't the hr from the wrist rather than the strap that I still have...
