13.22 Sync issues?

After 13.22 got installed, I couldn't see any data in GC web or mobile since the install time.

I just rebooted the watch and re-synced. GC web and mobile showed a few minutes of when I rebooted the watch. The watch however, shows data for the entire day.

I also just unpaired and re-paired the watch to my phone, same results.

Well, it's still missing all that data in between the FW update and when I rebooted the watch in the evening. But, so far, data after the reboot has been syncing.

I just had the same issues, second time in 2 weeks.

i'm getting similar issues - connect only seems to sync the high level info, not the detail. eg body battery will show the correct value but there is no data in the graph of how it got to that point. current HR will show but not RHR or day patterns. activities do not reliably auto-sync.

i can get everything to come through with a manual forced sync, though sometimes it takes 2 tries and always takes a long time.

support are clueless as always

Trovo anche questo problema. Devo fare 3 sincronizzazioni per ottenere tutti i dati!.
