HRV status

I have to reset my watch because of the HRV status,it was on red, unbalanced about 3 weeks, because after Porto marathon i give a break on my training, and obviously started to loose fitness. Higher RHR means low HRV,so my HRV drops from high 70'ms to low 50'ms and because of that my training status,my morning report,my training readiness was completely off every single day. It's really annoying. Hope Garmin look at this and improve their algorithm

  • Why doesn't Garmin comment in this thread???????????????????????

  • I think the algorithm is broken. I made a reset, and after 3 weeks of collecting HRV during the night guess what? On the first day they gave me a baseline my HRV was on red,not orange or green, red!! ItJoy's really crazy this. I'm in the point of ignoring this data, but is annoying whe pay a lot of money for this watches and the data is broken. I have the Fēnix 7 solar about 2 weeks and probably when e baseline pop up it will be unbalanced Joy

  • Same for me... but now its seems is balancing a bit... after about two months...

  • I have the same issue here.Garmin Forums

sings march mar hrv dropped to to an average of 30 or 40. even ever 2 weeks of rest nothing changes. i reseted the values but it took the results that where on my garmin) last month garmin changed my baseline from 50-85 to 36-47.

then this morning i tried to make a report and the watch gave an hrv of 20 whilr on pmy phonr an other app said it was 56.
