Hi - I have just purchased a FR955.
just after some advice on best way to use it with zwift. Obviously I want those rides to count towards training score / loads etc
Do I pair the watch to the Kickr core and just press start when I start the ride and stop when finished (and still record on zwift like normal). If so what activity do I record it as? Does it record speed, power, HR and elevation?)
At the moment I just record it all on zwift (and Apple TV) and zwift pushes it to Strava / Garmin Connect. But I currently use a very old forerunner - which doesn’t do training load etc (so was never worried about recording it onto my Garmin)
any thoughts / guidance would be appreciated.
