Rollout stuck at 30% for days now. Is the update halted?

At the moment the rollout has been 30% for 4 days. 

Anyone who knows anything about this?

Halted because of bugs?

Server error?

Whatever?

    So interest how it affects different users differently . My glances remained in the same order . I’ve never noticed them change after an update

    it's my third party ones that all got moved the beginning. i'ave had this happen on my 945LTE and even my 935 if memory serves me correcty. it doesn't always happen. it just happens with some firmware updates

    Does anyone know how this 30% is chosen? Serial number order? Random? First in GE?

    Well, there are in the main software...

    Garmin releases are built from various modules:

    Main software (in this case 13.21 -> 13.22)

    Other modules: GPS, WHR (wrist heart rate), BLE, WIFI, firstbeat algorithms, etc...

    In this case only the main software was updated, with larger releases also the specific modules are often updated.

    I just got update. Maybe rollout is in progress, but progress is not updating.

    would have been nice if they had at least prioritised devices already updated to the buggy 13.21.

    i've had issues both pre-existing (supposedly fixed in 13.21) and new recently and garmin support have been completely useless as usual. had to research for myself to find that probably the problem is the botched software release. i've used express to grab the 13.22 update manually, hopefully that fixes everything
