I am currently following a program with Garmin coach Amy. Some sessions are programmed to be run at a target pace range.
As I run in a city, I often have to stop at crossroads. This makes my watch vibrates all the time because I am out of the pace range. It vibrates when I am "slower", "too fast" and each time I get back to the target pace range....
I have a simple question to ask, but couldn't find an easy way to do it; I am probably missing something... How is it possible to stop those annoying vibrations when I run outside the target pace range ?
