Running HR and Power and Zones Accuracy

Hi! 

I've been using my 955 for about 2 months with HRM PRO. I have a recorded 171 LTHR and a 296* TR and are used to determine my zones.

I recently run a 10km and noticed that the zones are all Z5

Are my zones configured wrongly or are my recorded LTHR and TR technically inaccurate to my current fitness level?

I'd like to do a proper Z2 training so having the zones line up properly would be very helpful. Any ideas on how can I fix this zoning concern?

*296 TR is what my watch currently says to me. I'm not sure if this changed after the 10km run. Is there a way to get my historical TP?
