Touchscreen becomes unresponsive after few days

Do you have any IQ store widgets installed? Apps may not be optimized, or the Watch System may have a problem with it.

Yes but only preinstalled Garmin Apps and Komoot. For example the Touchdisplay didn’t work if I want to scroll through the morning report. 

unfortunately it has nothing to do with IQ apps. I had only Spotify on my original watch.

I got warranty replacement (new watch, unopened box, unused) and guess what happened just after 2 days? ...touchscreen stopped responding. This time not even Spotify IQ app.

@SerafínSVK I guess you are from Slovakia as me (based on your username, sorry if I'm wrong), could you please check what HW revision do you have? Both my original 955 and replacement are Rev. A. Same as this image borrowed from other thread in this forum.

My watch is also a warranty replacement and a Rev. A. watch. 

Hi. Yes, I'm from Slovakia. I have the Solar version and it has Rev B under the code, but on the bottom of the box I have Rev A. My wife has the non-solar version and it has Rev A on the box. Neither of us have the touch problem. It is slowed down here and there, but nothing that I would solve.

Thanks for checking the revision. Does your solar version get slowed sometimes too, or is the slowing down you mentioned related only to the non-solar one?

My watch also slows down (solar) so that sometimes I have to swipe the display a second time. This also happens on the wife's non-solar watch. However, we both have cheap protective glass on the display from Aliexpress.

Happens to my Solar so. 

No protector added. 

Those with touchscreen issues, try to switch off touch during activities.

Any change ?
