Any Way To Manually Tell Watch I Am Going To Sleep?

My old Garmin Fenix 3 HR had a menu option where it allowed you to choose "Go to sleep" so it would know that you were going to bed or taking a nap and it would do better with immediately detecting your sleep and tracking it.

I have a fairly erratic sleep schedule(usually only about 6 hours a night), particularly in terms of the different from the weeknights vs the weekend nights and i have a large range of hours assigned to my sleep schedule in my watch's profile (1 AM to 11 AM), but i notice that sometimes at night when i'm still awake at night i see my pulse oximeter running as evidenced by the red light on my heart rate sensor being on.

Is there any way to manually tell my watch that I'm going to sleep so i don't need to have such a large range of hours setup as my sleep schedule?
