This heart rate problem is critical. It's breaking all other metrics. These days in a race my frequency was 210BPM, I think I was dying, lol.
That is correct derek87. Once the beta is either replaced by a newer production/live sw (with a different sw #) or once it has been rolled out to production/live sw (as the same sw #), we ask that new…
Now that Fenix has all forerunner feature why not just do firmware replacement on 955 and upload both betas and updates to both Fenix 7 and forerunner 955 using same firmware
Unfortunately for us, it loks like they are only focused on Fenix series for now. Like if they will only release new features for the forerunner when it's all finished testing in the Fenix.
They should…
I'm disgusted that Garmin claims that the HR problem is for some customers. Not everyone wears a Polar heart belt, it seems that the problem is in the use of the belt. Of course those who use only the pulse measurement will have a problem. I use the strap for the accuracy of the measurements.
Same here, with H7 all fine.
I am a bit annoyed that the bugs from the beginning/watch release are not yet solved - for example: reboot after crosshair select on path/street, touch navigate, now shorter distances on last two firmwares (since SatIQ), map zoom, abnormally low altitude (but I hope calibration fixed the latter)...
BTW, anyone know if it is possible to show remaining distance under the map, on map screen - where travelled distance and turns are shown while doing a route?
Thanks
Meanwhile the epix/fenix line got another beta a few days ago while we had 1 serious beta over 2 months ago and 2 after that with some hotfixes (training effect and racetime predictions).
Really extremely disappointed in the sw development activity for this watch... really feels like a 'oh yeah, we have that one too' kinda model instead of a serious model for them.
