Please help!
On the night of 20 October 2022, I charged my 955 solar from 22% to 100% battery level.
On the morning of 21 October 2022, the battery level was 96%. After 12.27 firmware was auto-installed later that day, the battery level went to 100%.
The battery has remained stuck at 100% ever since (approximately the past 48 hours).
I read a few posts on the Garmin forum to see what others had done to try to fix the same or similar problem on other models of Garmin watches.
Unsuccessfully, I have tried to fix this problem by:
- Powering watch off and on multiple times
- Charging watch for 5 minutes
- Activating find my watch multiple times
- Turning battery saver on and off multiple times
This problem is very frustrating, particularly after experiencing bugs with inaccurate cadence measurement and mis-classification of workouts and their training effect.
Is anyone else experiencing that their battery level is stuck at 100%?
What can I do to fix this problem?
