955 is on FW 12.27 but Garmin Connect iOS app (4.60.1) reports it as 12.23.
Many users have now reported that this has resolved itself. If you are still experiencing this after multiple syncs, please start a new thread.
Same here, except for that I'm running the Android version of Connect.
Yes it seems to be a bug as the other detail listed ties in to what is listed on the watch,

Bug fixed itself.
It's quite weird, but the morning after, before I had woken up, it synched itself, and then it reported the right (1227), version.
Confirmed with iOS.
Mine still shows 12.23 (iOS) sent my info to Garmin
I mean with confirmed on iOS to the original poster. So my garminwatch shows 12.27 and garmin connect shows 12.23.
Rebooted watch several times and phone. That didn’t work.
Same here, but after factory resetting the watch (for other reasons) it shows 12.27 in Garmin Express
