Burned skin under heartrate sensor

Just letting you all know.

After 10 days of recording sleep data due to my problems with sleep I got an wound just beneath the sensor. I was twice even switching to my other hand for a day, not more.

I never got this with my previous Fenix 6, although most time I tracked sleep with that one was one week. I never had skin issues ...

My watch is never tight on the hand.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you are reporting. The skin irritation may be a result of build-up on the watch band and/or casing. You should discontinue wearing your watch until your skin has healed…
