Does the daily suggested workouts account for pms?

Does the daily suggested workouts account for pms? They don’t on my 245 and it’s very discouraging to get workouts (eg sprints) I just can’t do these few days of the month. An acquaintance who is an Olympian says it’s common knowledge that women should take it a little easier (lower weights for example). At least it would be nice to have the option!
