Daily suggestions have me running too frequently

I am relatively new to running (started up again after having a break of several years), and I am quite happily following the daily suggestions. The long, slow-paced Base runs are a treat compared to the all-out runs I started with before upgrading to the 955.

I do however find that it have me running a bit too often now while starting, and I am a bit afraid of injuries as I currently both have some slight discomfort in my knees and popping achilles tendons. Currently the watch had me running a longer base run today, and it wants a base run tomorrow, Saturday, Sunday, anaerobic on Monday and finally rest on Tuesday.

This seems a bit excessive to me, and Im almost certain that the discomforts I am feeling now will become full-fledged injuries before the next rest day on Tuesday. Should I use the pause function, or just ignore the daily suggestions pace while my body again gets used to running? Or is there some other setting I could use to get the watch to keep the running frequency a bit saner?
