Every now and then, I hear my body say take a break. On those days, I just skip the workout suggestion; the watch does seem to keep track.
The longest base run suggestion i've had so far after a short break is 1 hour 23 mins, but I imagine there is a limit.
I would really like to tell the watch on which days of the week I would like to run. It also tells me to run every day, albeit very short runs. But I guess this goes against the name 'daily' suggested workouts?
I should be able to tell it that I'm new to running (which it already knows), a bit overweight (which it already knows), that I'm not young and indestructible anymore (which it already knows) and to not have me running five-six days a week the first months.
Wrll, it does kind of indirectly, by looking at your training history. It will try to keep the intensity you had in the past and thus will, in theory, consider your strain
