Start/Stop button doesn't work on my Forerunner 955

Hello! Just bought a used forerunner 955 from eBay and the Start/Stop button stopped to work after few hours of use (from the beginning it worked fine). I even tried to use warm water with soap but it doesn't help at all( don't know what to do..(
Is there a chance to repair them somehow? :(

Have you tried a hard reset of the watch incase it is a software related matter that a full reboot can help with.

Try initially a Long hold on the power button until it turns off (after the assistance notice) and then restart it.

Alternatively do you have option to return it? Seems off that the buttons are broken after such short usage.

I tried to do it but still the same..
Contacted Garmin Support and I hope they'll replace the watch

I got the same problem with my new forerunner 955.
