Training Status and Load suggest opposite things

Hello, in general I feel that there are too many unfinished things with the 955. I spent several years with little to no issues with the 945, so I'm not sure what to think. Garmin customer service also just totally blew me off after I accurately reported that the cycling daily suggestions are fully broken (first they asked for examples, I send them plenty, waited for a week and then received a message sending me to their ideas page.... almost insulting for a loyal 10 years customer that owned many Garmin devices and a Tacx 2T trainer).

Anyway, this is the background on why I'm posting this on the forum instead of contacting customer service.

  • Between an injury and other things, my training has not been great in the past month, but the funny thing is that training status says that my load is too focused on high intensity activities and that I should do more base. The training load page says exactly the opposite, correctly. I'm attaching screenshots.
