Is the ABC glance fixed ?
The pointer is stuck in 12.23.
yes, heart rate y-axis is funny. for me it shows 17 and 35.
the whole heart rate glance has change too. it looks like the font of the current HR and RHR are larger (good), and the heart icon is tiny (not…
So far - 24 hours after installing 12.27
1. Cadence looks in line
2. Battery is similar to what I was experiencing before (so no additional surprises there). 15% in the 24 hours with one 30 min activity…
thanks for these remarks and being such a source of great information on this forum. i just took the plunge and allowed the beta to go to my watch. it will give me the chance to monitor smart watch battery consumption prior to my next run on saturday where hopefully i can also confirm that the cadence issue is fixed, as well as hopefully see my race estimates continuing to be reasonable. (they were very unreasonable on my prior 945LTE, but have been pretty good in my 4 months of owning the 955)
Cadence is fixed for me. I did a very short run with no external sensors enabled, and there were realistic values starting from about the fifth second.
Also my projected race times have become a little slower, most notably for longer runs (half and full marathons).
Even with a set of external sensors, I'm not seeing huge battery drain. In activity, about 5% per hour maximum with all GPS features turned on and per-second logging. In my own typical usage I'd expect to (partially) charge the watch at most twice a week.
How long is your Iron Man event?
The beta didn't fix my down button starting to become sticky with no clicks, good thing there is touch now, if start or back button are sticky, that would be another story. Garmin should allow us to fully do everything in touch, including start and back and zoom etc, simple solution can prevent lots of exchanges

the whole heart rate glance has change too. it looks like the font of the current HR and RHR are larger (good), and the heart icon is tiny (not so good), but i'll take the larger font for these old eyes.
