Heart rate, Steps not working

i have my watch now around 2 weeks and suddenly heart rate, steps are not shown anymore.

the led is blinking, in die widget there is a red heart symbol, with value "--"

i tried to reset the watch - no changes

Softwareversion is 12.25

GPS:2.37

Wi.FI: 24.76

CIQ: 4.14

BMX: 0.0.0(!)

WHR: 0.00.00

ANT/BLE/BT: 24.76

TSC:1.12

Sensor Hub: 0.00

are there any fixes? what can i do?

It seems like the FW update didn't work correctly and BMX, WHR and Sensor Hub are showing nils and they shouldn't be.

I am not sure how to reinstall it as we don't get the actual file anymore its seems.

Did you try connecting it to Garmin Express on teh computer via cable after resetting and see if that loads something?

Yeah try connecting to PC with Garmin Express.

If factory reset cannot fix, I think you need to send watch for warranty.

Did you call or "chat" with support , they may have a fix as it seems to be a software issue.

There is a new Beta 12:27 , maybe try installing that via Garmin Express App on t computer and see if that helps.

i called with garmin support and tried a few things - but nothing changed.
my watch is now replaced by a new one..
