When you use a pace pro plan for a course it does not account for cut off point/time limits.
Chances are, if you a slow runner, you will miss a cut off point.
One solution to this is to:
- create waypoints on the course for each cut off point
- break the course into segments with a different name
- create a pace pro plan for each segment that has the same name with the relevant course segment.
- follow the procedure below.
I have only tried this on my watch with a future race. I haven't use it on the field yet.
