Backlight setting "after sunset" do not work for activities

I got the new FR955 and before i used the FR745 and FR235. I noticed quickly the issue, that the backlight is not off during day and starting a activity. During the activity the backlight is off. The illumination level is correctly taken from the activity backlight mode. All backlight settings are set to "after sunset".

same with me, in general use the backlight gesture function on, even though my setting bcklight gesture “after sunset”
