Fw 12.25 battery stuck at 100%

Really need some help here.

After updating to 12.25 the battery first drained normal.

Then yesterday I recharged it to 100% and since then it's stuck.

I already rebooted the watch but still the same. I really can't trust it now.

What can I do about it. (not only this widget shows 100%, all the widgets and the Garmin one shows 100%)

That brings a new dimension to battery issues... Hmmm, haven't charged my watch in 9 days (so that's before the 12.25 update but after the 12.23 one I believe) and it drains normally here. I don't expect to charge it the coming days either (still 42% left) and as Im wondering how ling it will last on a charge I plan to let it drain some more... but will keep an eye on this.

Makes no sense though because the 12.25 update only updated the firstbeat stuff and has nothing to do with battery afaik.

Nope it doenst make sence but I never had it before.

I really don't know what to do in stead of resetting the watch (what I really do not want to do).

I tried te restart the watch, connect it to my pc, charge it while it's shut down but it keep saying 100%

Is there any way to reset the battery statts?

What widget is this? Can you post the Connect IQ link? Maybe it is the widget to blame

I doubt it. I use it as long as I have my 955

Answered there:

There is no bug to fix. Get used with it.

Watch shows 100% if battery is >4.2v.

If charging leads to 4.25v, the watch will show 100% till it drops to <4.2v.

I don't know if that's what going on now. But when the weather betters I will start an activity

Not sure what the fix was but I charged it again and now it's 99%.so I guess it's fine

I experienced the same behavior after updating to 12.20 some weeks ago. After first charge after update, the watch stayed on 100% battery for about next 24 hours!

During that period, I had phone connection off and did not do any activity. I considered it weird, but did not think about it further. Until then, it behaves normally.
