Hey guys,
I am using the race widget and have also included map with the goal time as well as elevation features, etc of the course. I have been following the suggested workouts to see how good they are, and this week I am approaching the race and there doesn't seem to be any Tapering... It's basically all the same workouts I been doing on a weekly.
Anyone experience this or at least know that there is a taper phase when using the race widget for cycling?
