I know that there are typically distance calibrations necessary when using Garmin watches and a treadmill and when doing so the accuracy of the distance can be adjusted, however the pace of the workout does not seem to do so.
I am using the Garmin Coach to train for a half marathon and with most of the speed workouts or progression runs it is very difficult to monitor on the road - so my brilliance being what it is - said let's use my treadmill. Now my watch is twlling my I am anywhere between 2.5 - 3.5 min/mi off pace... this is causing the workouts to not be a curate in any way shape or form... again, I know the distance can be adjusted and it can take time for the watch to adjust but it does not help when there seems to be zero improvement is its calibration.
Could really use some help here!!
