Timer App - no active timer

I use the clock app to set a timer.


If I open the timer in the clock app there is a no aktive timer notification even though the timer was set...

Does anyone else has such a problem?

    Oh you are right, the quick timer, when not saved, is shown in the Clocks app when active.

    But I still don't think the Clocks app is considered legacy by Garmin, because they included an option to add the Clocks app to the quick menu on the 955 but not on the 255. So Garmin thinks that it can be useful and they are using it to differentiate the premium 955 from the 255.

    So ultimately I hope Garmin will fix this bug, because I find this app useful and this bug anoying.

    The clocks app is just like the ABC app: a convenient app to group and access other individual apps; the former is for time related apps like alarms, timers, stopwatch and time-zones; the latter for the altimeter, barometer and compass.

    It's very well alive and present in the 945, bug free mind you; in the 955 you can assign it to one of the hot-keys.

    I am not sure why there's an assumption that it is a legacy piece of software; if it was indeed deemed legacy how could we access the time-zones app without resorting to 3rd party / non-stock apps ? It's an essential part of any watch nowadays ...
