12.27 CIQ data fields still crashes if you "Resume later" on an activity

Hi, pretty new in here - is there a file or option to save all my watch settings/dowloaded IQ files and restoring those after a watch reset?

I am asking this since I am no longer be able to see my IQ data field after pressing ‚Resume later‘ - just a blank screen with „IQ“ in the middle shows up when hitting on ‚Resume‘.

Any suggestions or help appreciated, thank you!

  • Hi  as advised to follow up on this topic kindly ask for an update on this annoying bug. I just received fw 12.27 and had to figure out that the defect still exists. When do we expect to have this bug finally nailed down and fixed? Please do not let me hang around in not knowing more details, thanks! 

  • We do not currently have any new information on this report just yet but hope to have something to address this in a future software update.  At this time, we do not have a timeline for the release of this future software update. Thank you for your patience with us while we work to investigate this issue.

    I just noticed that a new beta 13.15 has been released.

    When browsing the changelog I was not able to find an included fix for this defect.

    Do you mind letting me please know if it is included in "Fixes various other minor issues." as stated?

    I am more than happy to get this one fixed.

  • It's fixed in 13.15.

    I don't get the same error as I used to get.

    Please see our recently released beta software for a fix addressing this report. If you prefer to not install this beta software, we hope to be rolling out a public software update soon, though I do not have a timeline for this release. If you are still seeing this issue after installing the beta software, please contribute your observations in the appropriate beta bug reports section of the beta forums for your specific device.
