Garmin Connect - Calendar entry issue

Recently, when I try to enter a new race into the Garmıng Connect calendar, I am able to enter basic ınfo - dates, distance, location etc. - but I cannot enter goal pace or time. When I do and click "finish" then I receive a pop-up message saying "sorry, something went wrong. Please try entering your goal again" I did try to re-enter my goal time or pace again and again - even on different day after I re-start my laptop and iphone - but I received the same message. Then, I used GC mobile app (IOS), first it registers my entries then deletes them when I go back to check. I am using the FR 955 12.23 software.

Any suggestions how this can be fixed? (I used the calendar before and the race widget and making the entries into the calendar worked just fine but this time I am not able to)

I am still experiencing this issue when entering goals. Any suggestions how to solve it?

Hi. I loaded a number of races with no issue. As a test I just done one now using the GC Web as I normally do, again with no issue.

I enter the projected finish time when it asks for a goal , it calculates the per mile/km time and then asks if its the primary or secondary race (as I have more than one race on the calendar) and it saves it.

I checked and then it is in the GC App as a race.

Just added one via the App directly with no issue at all.

I also tried with another browser on my laptop and from my phone app faced the same problem over again. not sure why it is happening. to clarify btw, I can enter an event but not a goal.

Did a sync via the app to the 955 and they appear in the race widget.

Better get my race shoes out now with all these extra races...LOL

And if the event Is there and you go back and edit it , it won't let you add a goal either... I guess.

no. after entering the race event, I added the event to the calendar. then go back and tried either add a goal or edit the event but in both cases each time I receive the same error message when I add a goal.

Hmm Sorry, can't think what to suggest. Tried a few times here and seems to work on mine.

The strange thing is, when I managed to enter a race goal by using the connect app (ios), the goal entry disappears when I go back to the calendar after finishing the entry. The calendar item stays there without the goal. quite puzzling..
