Nordic ski power showing zero since 12.23 update

Since the update on I’ve done several skate roller skis that would normally return power statistics, but since the update the power is zero.  It worked fine on the workout the day before the update.

  • Same for me with the 955 and hrm pro. Im in contact with support in Sweden, they told me to reconnect the hrm and do a new activity to check, will do that this evening. Good to know that it does not seem to be a fault from my end. Will get back with how it went.

  • - has there been any progress on this issue? Most of the posts have been about the line across the watch during activity. While I have experienced that also, and it is very annoying, it ultimately doesn't impact functionality.

    This power issue, however, is a major impact on functionality.

    I should point out that cross country ski power continues to work as per normal on my wife's 945. So this issue is isolate to the 955 model.

  • We do not currently have any new information on this report just yet but hope to have something to address this in a future software update.  At this time, we do not have a timeline for the release of this future software update. Thank you for your patience with us while we work to investigate this issue.

  • Nothing from Swedish support yet unfortunately. Is there a previous firmware that works, and if so is it possible to use that?

  • Two months have passed and still nothing here.  We are now on snow and the ski season has begun in earnest.  Races start in 1 month and I would really like to see some sort of response on this.  Thanks

    I'm sorry for the confusion on our end.  This report was not addressed in our 13.15 beta software release, but we will have this addressed in the next production (non-beta) software release.  At this time, I do not have a timeline for this production software release, but we hope to be releasing this soon.
