Bluetooth music hangs

I use my 955 to listen to podcasts during my runs. It happened several times and I can't reproduce the problem. Can take 10 minutes or 50 minutes, or even won't happen. But many times the bluetooth connection hangs. Music stops.Everything remains as if the music was playing, I can pause, play, nothng happens.

Disconnect the phones, connect the phones. Nothing. My phones become unresponsive. As if the BT stack has hanged. I can't even disconnect the phones (long press on one of them doesn't work)  I have used these same phones for years with my 945 without any issues. 

I think only once the music returned out of nothing.  

This is a rather strange issue, Don't know how to get info on this. Nobody has ever experienced any issue like this ? I was considering filing a bug report

    On firmware 13.21, with the running activity turned on, the headphones began to turn off even faster, after a minute instead of ten, as in the previous beta version. Reconnect faster n disconnect again. Without the included activities, everything works for hours, without shutdowns. In fact, it got even worse than before.

    On firmware 13.15 and 13.21, the problem with disconnecting the headphones disappeared. Additionally, I made clock synchronization through the application of my Deezer music collection. And the mp3 music files from the My Music section were reassembled into playlists .m3u

    Most of my issues went away after switching to firmware 13.21.   I haven’t experienced a disconnect for over a week using both AirPod Pros V1 and no-name Chinese bluetooth earbuds.   What really surprised me was that while running with AirPods connected to my iPhone, the watch sent voice updates on every lap without me manually connecting to the watch.   Once the voice update ends, the music still continues.   I still hear “clicks” from time to time with the music pausing for a brief moment, but no disconnects yet

    Update on my original moan about this issue.. 

    Updates to 13.21 and all seems to be working fine now.. The odd glitch and stutter now and again but it sorts its self out quickly. 

    Well done Garmin for fixing this! :)

    I took other AfterShokz Aeropex headphones for the current run. I don't use Spotify. Music on the watch, downloaded via Garmin Express. On the street, after 300 meters, the headphones turn off, and as you wish. If you want to put it in your pocket, you want to reconnect every 100 meters. Chose the first one. The same headphones work on the 945, and others without problems. On SW Version 13.21, playback began to work disgustingly. Can't seem to fix this bug. I'll try a factory reset and try again.
