Edit: fixed! The Deezer app got stuck while installing. Nothing to do with fw 12.23
Long pressing down doesn't launch the music, the down button shortcut isn't an option. Adding music to controls works, but selecting it doesn't launch the music controls!
Running 12.23 and everything is working at me. Not solving your problem

yes, I had also 12.20 beta. Also there everything worked like a charm.
