HRV-status, unit of measurement?

Hi,

As there seem to be several ways of measuring and also presenting HRV (SDNN, SDRR, rMSSD, ln(rMSSD), ln(RMSSD)x20, PNN50 etc...,) I'm curious what unit of measurement Garmin uses for the HRV-status value (i.e the average nightly value). When doing a Health Snapshot, two results are presented: RMSSD and SDRR. But what is the unit for the nightly average value?

HRV has only one unit - ms, miliseconds.

Alright, I guess I means "metric" and not "unit". My bad. I assume you get my question.

I think the nightly is RMSSD, lower than the SDRR

Thank you, that would be my guess as well. However, still just a guess.
