PacePro plan - bug maybe

Hi guys. I created 3 PacePro plans on Garmin Connect (on the computer) and when I select them from Activity (Run - Training - PacePro Plans) the second screen on the preview, after the name of PP and pace, is blank. I think it should show the altitude graph or the ascent.

Do you experience the similar issue or am I doing something wrong?

Hi there.

That doesn't look right; I have 3 screens on my pace pro; one with the pace , one with the elevation and one with the splits.

Try creating a plan right from the watch to see if you have the same issue. ( Run - Training - PacePro Plans)

Hi, I tried to create PacePro plan from the route on the watch, Create new - the same. Elevation screen is again empty. I also have the third splits screen, in this last case I created time based...and I only got ONE split time. Only one flat line on the graph on first screen. This has no sense.

Are you on firmware 11.12? If so, delete all the pro plans, sync the watch, give it about 15 minutes, then power it off and on again and give it another try.

Is that fails get a hold of the tech support at Garmin.

Yes, firmware 11.12. Thank you, your suggestion helped, now I see the ascent.
