Can anyone explain to me why is my running still giving the wrong HR zones?
I have already configured on the watch GC app.
My LTHR is 181 bpm.
I have tried configuring the zones base on bpm or % LTHR. All not helping.
The only workaround I found was to delete all of the sport specific HR zones and set up the default. Even when I did manage to set up the sport specific zones correctly, they never reported in the activity summary.
I only use my watch to run with, so using only the default worked for me.
