Hey
i own different devices to measure overnight HRV
and it seems like garmin needs to tweak their accuracy / algorithms.
Oura and whoop are constantly in line.
Garmin is always the outlier.
especially when I have higher or lower hrv than my current baseline.
when higher : garmin is always way lower than the others (-15 to 20 ms) which is way too much difference
when lower : it’s mostly higher than the others - also + 15 ms higher on average.
data accuracy on hrv should not be that hard for a company of this caliber ….
