wrong cadence (doubles) in garmin connect when using the virtual run feature.

Hello, discovered the following weird bug with the virtual run feature on forerunner 955.

On the watch I have added my treadmill technogym myrun as speed sensor.

In zwift I use my forerunner 955 via virtual run for speed and cadence.

During the zwift activity you see the correct values for speed and cadence, so the watch is transmitting the right values.

Also when I save my activity to zwift all is correct.

For garmin connect I synchronize the activity (virtual run) that was saved on the watch:

The speed and distance are shown correctly in garmin connect (exactly with zwift), but the cadence is doubled?!

So when I have a spm of 170, that is shown on zwift and during the activity on the zwift screen, garmin connect shows me 340?!

Also during the activity there is 340 shown on the watch but in the zwift app the correct value of 170. Strange.

During outside runs the cadence is correct.

Any ideas? maybe bug?

--------------------------------

- Maybe the watch is internally adding the cadence that is reported by the speed sensor myrun with its own?!?! That would be a bug!

- I tried to add my treadmill as a Speed/cadence sensor but this is not possible/supported (would be nice when this can be enabled).
