Watch reporting sudden HR abnormality when HRM TRI strap not worn on chest

I usually put the chest strap around my neck after my activities.

All of a sudden, I'm getting HR abnormality alert when I'm at the watch face mode.

I don't see this problem on the FR945.

I need to remove the sensor from watch to stop the 2 from connecting.

Had this happen after a race, drove home with hrm pro sat on the passenger seat and got two abnormal heart rate warnings, can only put it down to the strap as taking my own pulse was calm and low. Now I manually turn off all sensors and headphones after each run.
