Garmin-Kevin can you explain why 955 doesn't have these power/cadence averaging settings?

Would someone please upload a video or screen recording showing the details of this thread?  I'm happy to assist, but need some more information.  If you can also include a screenshot of where the manual mentions this, that would be helpful as well.

Well, it's more of a missing setting. Eg. Edge 530:

955 it's mentioned in per activity but only for Power averaging:

But if one looks at Bike activity, it's not there. Cadence is not even mentioned supposed to be there, but I think that kind of also should be, as those are pretty default settings people might want to change.

So kind of two issues:
1) Bike activity is not showing that "Power averaging" that is mentioned in the manual.  Tested Bike and MTB and even connected to Rally if showing of that is dependent on that. Not seeing that setting.

2) Why isn't there also "Cadence Averaging" setting?

In the manual it is written here Forerunner 955 Owners Manual - Activities and App Settings (garmin.com) and this item is not found in the cycling settings (as it was in the FR 945 or Edge)
Averaging the values is more consistent with the effort on the bike and does not count the zero values when not pedaling downhill for example.

Well. I haven't much biked with 955, some MTB without Rally or even cadence sensor and winter is coming and I don't bike on winter. But generally, probably helps if more people there are on the ticket and I would like to see those settings, even I'm not totally sure how would I like them to be.

Hi after installing 14.08 finally the option of not counting null values has been added only it is in english not in czech :-)
