FR955 Not saving an activity after golf game

I had a 935 before. When I played golf, it saved a scorecard with detailed shots, but it also saved an activity with full GPS, distance travelled, speed, HR, etc. With the 955 now, it seems like it is only saving the scorecard and discarding the activity.

Anyone experienced something similar?

Yes. Same thing happened to me yesterday. After around on my venue 2 it would also save ab activity with Miles walked, steps, heart rate etc.

Turns out there is a "record activity" option which only appears in the golf settings by holding center button on Golf activity in the list before pressing Golf. The option disappears once you press Golf
