You're right. I think the HRV Stress test activity which is available on older watches has been superseded by other functions like the (continous) HRV Stress.
Are you referring to the Health Snapshot? or the HRV Test App? both would be accessed through the start menu after adding them to your watch.
I can find health snap shot not hrv stress test.
You have to press the start button then scroll down to +add then install the Health Snapshot app to your favorites.
Health snapshot isn't a stress HRV test, it measures your HRV during a rest period.
I can find snapshot just can't find hrv stress which is different. It certainly isn't under start.
