I've seen a few questions about the Quickfit band compatibility on the 955, but I couldn't find a specific answer to my question so I figured I would put it out there. I recently purchased a 955. Looking at the accessories page for the 955 on the Garmin website, there is an extensive list of Quickfit bands that are compatible. My question is this. It appears that the Quickfit bands require a "bar" to attach themselves to. Looking at my 955, the bar isn't there. Before I purchase any of the Quickfit bands, do I need to first purchase one of the bands that has the bar kit with the two bars and the screwdrivers? If that's the case, then I have to shell out another $40 to first get the kit before I can actually purchase the band that I want.
