Solar vs non solar screen

Is there a difference in screen brightness in activity mode (white background) with the solar (because the glass?) and non solar? I thought, by watching YouTube, the non solar white background is more clear. Photos are welcome to compare

Go solar! Visibility is excellent. Solar ring is better than bigger black screen for me.

F7 difference is made by sapphire glass, not by the solar filter

I had the same question, Ended up buying the solar version because I find it look more classy with dark buttons and the solar ring give the screen more live. I believe the main difference in visibility is in Fenix 7 Sapphire vs "normal screen".

I have no problem with readability of the solar version.
