Virtual Partner on 955 series not showing time ahead or behind

When adding the Virtual Partner to my Run activity and setting a pace, the "Time Ahead" / "Time Behind! is stuck at 0:00.

I tried the following:

Removing the Data Screen from the activity
Rebooting the watch
Adding back the Virtual Partner Data Screen to my running activity

Result is the same.

Same for me although I have a 245 Music, started a few days ago after a firmware upgrade

What bugs me the most about Virtual Partner is that when you are ahead of your goal, your little runner avatar is still shown in red and not in green.

After a firmware upgrade to 11.12, the issue is not fixed. (I have a 255 music)

Got the latest firmware (11.12) on my 955. Issue is still half there. Now I get the time behind but not the time ahead..‍♂️

I have the same problem on my 955. Reported the problem to Garmin Support in early Jul, but there is no ETA for fixing the problem. Very disappointed on their service!

We believe that we have a fix for this report that will be rolling out with the next software release for this device. We have released a fix in the latest software release that should resolve the report for most users experiencing these symptoms.
