Why no battery saver mode?

Seemingly the 955 does not go into battery saver mode during sleep automatically. You have to turn on and off the setting manually! Eh? My old Fenix models all did this, please tell me Garmin have just missed this and will add it in???

let's all pepper Garmin support on this. it was in the 945LTE manual and they acknowledged my ticket that it was missing, but nothing happened in the 10+ months i had the ticket open (still open). it's no longer in the 955 manual.

maybe if enough of us complain, they will add it in to a future firmware.

i'm not sure there is an official way to ask for features, but i sent a message to product support asking why this didn't exist when it exists in the Fenix 7 and Epic 2 and would help us save considerable battery life.

they may argue that we can manually do this each night which is true, but it seems like a nice automation that shouldn't be hard for them to provide in all of their watches.
