Last night after completing a breathwork workout, I noticed my heartrate was being displayed as 178 bpm ( so I restarted the watch) I was resting prior to bed. After going up to bed I rechecked my heartrate because it was still showing very high, so I connected my Polar H10 strap to check, when using the Hr strap my pulse was 58.... throughout the night I've had lots of spikes which have affected my morning report etc.
Has anyone else had this issue?
