Glitchy Screen

I have an odd issue with the display doubling up some elements on various screens. The display is fine at first, but then "refreshes" and looks like, well, this:

I've tried restarting and installing the latest update, to no avail.

Anyone else see this happening?

Normally that seems like a hardware issue, but try a factory reset (so not just restarting but really resetting/wiping) first... if it still happens after that I'd say it's a hardware issue I'm afraid

Nope. Nothing worked, so I ended up returning it. The replacement watch is fine though.
