I woke up this morning and was greeted with my first Training Readiness status – 73 (Moderate). I had threshold running intervals scheduled for today so this seemed like a good test.
Did my workout (and a stretching workout after) and Training Readiness dropped down into the 20s and Recovery was 52 hours. That seemed right – I'm tapering for a race and feeling spent.
Plugged the watch into the charger while I showered and noticed a bit later that Training Readiness jumped back up to 73 and Recovery dropped to 0 hours!
The workout still shows up on my watch but the training and recovery tools act like it never happened. (I'm still stiff. It definitely happened )
It was cool while it lasted...
