Problem ordering 955

I ordered a 955 on the website and paid for it with PayPal. I got a confirmation email from Garmin with my order number and a link to check the order status. 

The problem is that when I follow the link, my account has no orders listed. Is this normal with Garmin?  I can’t seem to find a way of contacting customer support, so posted here instead.
