I have this one (CIQ) and its is relative good but unfortunately Garmin does not show proper power zones when in conjunction with structured workouts (e.g. Trainingpeaks).
You can use the STRYD Workout App in conjunction with TrainingsPeaks.
You use TrainingsPeaks or the STRYD APP to design your structured workouts which will be transferred to Garmin and STRYD, this requires access to both accounts.
When you see the Workout in your Stryd calendar everything is fine. Now you use the STRYD Workout App to fetch your workouts to the watch.
Afterwards you can use the STRYD Workout App to execute your run. The Workout App gives you numerical and color schema to show if you are in, under or above of your power targets.
